Bachelor’s Degree preferred or higher.
Two or more years of experience in mental health, substance use, or eating disorder field.
Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License.
Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days of hire; training provided.
CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required within 30 days; training provided.
Eating Disorder Division: sobriety requirement if in recovery.

Responsibilities

Assist patients through admission to discharge and support treatment planning.
Lead psychoeducational groups and provide patient interventions.
Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries; adhere to DBH policies.
Provide transportation services as needed (pre-qualified to drive company vehicle).
Monitor patient activity and document shift notes and progress.
Ensure safe, organized environment and comply with safety checks.
