Great Oaks Recovery Center in Egypt, Texas is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I to support a multidisciplinary treatment team. You will monitor client behaviors, provide continuous care, and assist in crisis interventions as needed.

This on-site role requires a high school diploma, CPR/de-escalation training, and the ability to document observations and participate in group activities. Applicants with related experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training are required.
• First aid may be required depending on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure wellbeing of clients and provide a safe, supportive environment.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise clients at intervals.
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes.
• Document in client records timely and accurately.
• Assist with incident reports, transfers, and transportation as needed.
• Engage clients in activities and group therapy to meet treatment goals.
• Orient new clients to programs and resources within the facility.
