Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and provide a structured environment.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise per guidelines.
• Check clients for contraband and manage belongings.
• Interact with clients and encourage participation in group therapy.
• Engage clients in activities to meet treatment goals.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Chart in client records timely and accurately.
• Apply de-escalation techniques to manage emotions.
