Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Education, Rehabilitation, Social Work, or related field; OR equivalent years of work experience; OR combination of education and experience with major course work and experience in Counseling, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and develop Clinical Associate, Mental Health Worker and other staff.
• Coordinate care within an integrated care team to provide quality therapeutic and culturally-acceptable direct care.
• Guide and coordinate work toward program goals; may provide Clinical Associate services when needed.
