Southcentral Foundation (SCF) seeks a Clinical Associate to join a multidisciplinary care team providing direct care in community, residential, or outpatient settings. The role supports customer-owners to navigate problems and build knowledge for positive outcomes, and includes care coordination and group facilitation.
Two levels offer progressive responsibilities; advancement is based on demonstrated ability and performance within the SCF system in Alaska.
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Associate is a member of a multi-disciplinary care team who facilitates skill development and provides direct care in the community, residential, or outpatient clinical settings for customer-owners. The Clinical Associate facilitates highly interactive and participatory care, while supporting customer-owners to build knowledge and navigate problems with a focus on positive outcomes. Clinical Associates will participate in the coordination of customer-owner care, support, access to community resources, case load management, and group facilitation as appropriate for program.
This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
