The Ridge Rehabilitation Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Worker to join our team. You will support adults living with serious mental illness, providing care, structure, and encouragement to develop skills for greater independence and community reintegration.

Qualifications

• Must-have safety knowledge and behavioral intervention procedures.
• Strong communication with team members and residents.
• Excellent documentation and reporting to comply with care plans.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support plans, level systems, and token economy interventions.
• Encourage participation in treatment and recovery activities.
• Build positive therapeutic relationships with residents.
• Monitor resident safety and respond to crises as needed.
• Document resident participation and progress.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.
• Participate in community reintegration outings.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, social workers, and psychiatrists.
