Willingway in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate I for the day shift. This full-time role includes 7 am–7:30 pm hours and requires on-site presence with every-other weekend commitments.

You will monitor client behavior, participate in supervision, and assist in crisis response within a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include safety checks, charting, de-escalation, and facilitating educational-rehabilitative groups.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; six months’ experience with the population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation training required prior to or on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure client safety and provide a structured, supportive environment.
• Conduct safety checks and supervise clients according to guidelines.
• Interact with clients, document observations, and report to supervisor.
• Encourage participation in group therapy and unit activities.
• Take and record vital signs and communicate significant changes.
• Chart in client records timely and accurately; assist with incident reports.
• Assist with transport and orientation of new clients; support activity planning.
