COPE Community Services, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to support the treatment team by supervising daily milieu and facilitating activities of daily living, education, and recovery groups. The role requires implementing treatment plans and providing positive cues and redirection to clients.
The position is based in Tucson, AZ, with a schedule to be determined. Benefits include health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans, plus paid time off and holidays.
The Behavioral Health Specialist will provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team. The BHS will supervise and facilitate daily milieu of programs/services as assigned, such as assisting with activities of daily living skills, educational and community/recovery groups, and activity therapy. Read and implement a client’s treatment plan. Provide clients with positive cues and redirection.
