Job summary

Rolling Hills Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., is seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Specialists. You will work with patients ages 13 and up who face medical and behavioral health challenges, under supervision of an LPN/RN, within an interdisciplinary team.

The role includes direct patient care, activity programming, and support for ADLs in a structured environment. Shifts are 12 hours (7A-7P; 7P-7A) with three days per week and rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or college coursework in healthcare, mental health, recreational therapy, education or human growth and development.
• Must demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English.
• CPR certification and Handle With Care training provided.
• Preferred: 1+ year in nurse's aide, mental health aide, psychiatric aide or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist with direct patient care and daily management.
• Support therapeutic and leisure programming.
• Promote activities of daily living based on patient development.

We are seeking dedicated and patient-focused individuals to join our team as Behavioral Health Specialists. In this role, you will support patients between ages 13 and beyond who are experiencing medical and behavioral health challenges. Working under the supervision of an LPN/RN and as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you will:

• Assist with direct patient care and daily management


• Support therapeutic and leisure programming


• Promote activities of daily living based on each patient's developmental level and abilities

Your work will play a vital role in helping patients progress toward their treatment goals in a supportive and structured environment.

DAY SHIFT (7A-7PM), NIGHT SHIFT (7P-7A); 12 Hour shifts three days a week. Rotating weekends.
