Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or related field.
• In states requiring license, required upon hire and maintained per state regulations.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintained.
• Minimum one year inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling to patients and families.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and re-evaluate treatment plans.
• Complete psychosocial assessments and document clinical records for each client.
• Assist in discharge planning and referrals for financial assistance and supportive services.
