Three Rivers Behavioral Health provides quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to adolescent and/or adult psychiatric patients and their families. The role supports an interdisciplinary treatment program and philosophy to ensure delivery of high-quality care.

The position involves developing relationships with staff, conducting psychosocial assessments, and leading group and family therapies, with a focus on timely discharge planning within 72 hours of admission.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent master’s in a recognized mental health field.
• LMSW/LISW in South Carolina preferred.
• Strongly prefer one year experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with NARC, Admissions, Business Office, Physicians, and Nursing staff.
• Conducts psychosocial assessments to document history and identify treatment focus by interviewing patient and family.
• Provides group and family process-oriented therapies and conducts educational groups for patients and families.
• Initial discharge plan formulated and noted within 72 hours of admission.
