A leading human services organization is seeking a Youth Behavioral Support Caseworker to provide essential support services to children and families in their homes and communities. This hybrid role allows for flexibility in scheduling and emphasizes teamwork and effective communication to foster positive outcomes for youth. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least two years of relevant experience, along with a valid NYS Driver’s License.

The Behavior Health Service Provider job is active throughout the WNY community and provides services in the children’s home and community, which p rovide direct services through our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CTFSS) and Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) programs, empowering individuals to achieve their highest quality of life .
Some examples of services are providing support to caregivers and helping them find resources to obtain appropriate services. Other services are more employment focused teaching skills to kids ages 14 and older on how to engage in paid work and assistance in work settings. Respite services (providing a short break for the family and child) are also included as services for Providers to serve.
This is a hybrid position combining work in the community, remote/home, and some office work for staff and supervision meetings. Community settings are typically providers working with families directly in their homes and public spaces throughout WNY. Our offices are in Lackawanna (just 10 minutes south of Buffalo)!
Work Schedule: Create your own weekly schedule! Hours are afternoons, evenings and weekends according to youth’s schedule.
Salary range: $18.22 - $26.00 per hour.
The Youth Behavioral Support Caseworker provides direct services to children and families in their home & community for the CFTSS and HCBS programs. These programs partner with youth, and families to ensure that they are linked with support services of their choice. They will foster the highest possible quality of life and personal achievement in accordance with the individual’s person centered service plan.
Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services/related field
Minimum Experience Required:
At least 2 years of experience in children’s Mental Health, Behavioral Health, foster care, or related field
License/Registration/ Certifications Required:
Valid NYS Driver’s License

Physical Requirements:
Work required is one on one or in a group, in the community or in the home where the child lives. support child in various community venues; attend meetings and trainings in administrative buildings as required.
