CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking an on-site Registered Nurse with behavioral health experience for an outpatient mental health clinic in Lyons, NY. This W-2 per diem role offers weekday daytime hours (8 am–5 pm), $52.00–$58.00 per hour, and weekly pay.

The position focuses on medication management, long-acting injectables, metabolic monitoring, and collaboration with prescribers and therapists.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BLS (CPR).
• One year of recent RN experience that includes psychiatric, behavioral health or substance use treatment.
• Able to complete the New York State Department of Health Criminal History Record Check and a drug screen.
• Current immunizations required by the clinic.

Responsabilités

• Administer and document oral and injectable psychiatric medications, including long-acting injectables.
• Monitor vital signs, metabolic screening and side effects; inform prescribers.
• Teach patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists and care managers.
• Document in the clinic's electronic health record and respond to emergencies per protocol.
