Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking a dedicated RN for an outpatient behavioral health clinic in Lyons, NY. The role features weekday daytime hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), no nights or weekends, with compensation ranging from $52.00 to $58.00 per hour and paid weekly.

Eligible RNs may receive up to $1,500 annually in BSN tuition assistance, license renewal reimbursement, and CE support. Per diem, self-scheduled shifts follow a flexible BRIDGE App process, with paid orientation and ongoing

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NY State RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current BLS/CPR.
• One year of recent RN experience in psychiatric, behavioral health or substance use.
• Able to complete the NY DOH Criminal History Record Check and a drug screen; immunizations current.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document oral and injectable psychiatric medications, including long-acting injectables.
• Monitor vital signs, metabolic screening and side effects; inform the prescriber.
• Teach patients and families about medications and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists and care managers.
• Document in the clinic's EHR and respond to clinical emergencies per protocol.
