Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare seeks a nurse supervisor to oversee shift, unit, or department activities including staffing, patient care, and administrative duties as delegated.

Requirements include an Associate’s degree; BSN preferred, current Illinois RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, PALS and related certifications. Two years of technical and supervisory experience are preferred.

• Manages shift staffing and supervision.

• Assists Unit Manager with daily operation if applicable
• Rounds with physicians if applicable
