Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking a nursing supervisor to oversee shift staffing, patient activities and administrative tasks as delegated. An Associate's degree with BSN preferred and an active Illinois RN license are required, along with BLS and advanced certifications as applicable.
The role emphasizes staff delegation, daily operations support of the Unit Manager, and collaboration with physicians during rounds.
Responsible for shift/unit/department supervising activities including staffing, patient activities and administrative responsibilities as delegated.
Associate's degree; BSN preferred
Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $38.75 To $60.84
