Decatur Morgan Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead patient care, collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team, and ensure an individualized plan of care based on best practices and patient needs.

The RN will use evidence-based care, provide education to patients and families, and uphold hospital policies to support safe, compassionate care across all stages of the patient journey in Alabama.

Formación

• Maintains patient care with nursing skills and clinical judgment.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families and healthcare team.
• Ability to respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical practice and patient care.
• Administers medications and treatments per orders.
• Documents accurately in the EHR and follows policies.
• Coordinates with physicians, case managers and interdisciplinary team.
• Supports discharge planning and patient education.
