Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for our Behavioral Health unit in Illinois. Qualifications include an RN license with Illinois privileges, BLS, and at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience. BSN preferred; experience with EHR systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based care improvements.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with the team.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed; collaborate across units.
