Job summary
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse for evening shifts (7p-11:30p with rotating weekends) in Illinois. The role requires a BSN and active IL RN license, with BLS certification and strong collaboration skills to coordinate patient care across disciplines.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN).
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others.
- Strong analytic abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, and develops an individualized plan of care.
- Directs care and utilizes assistants appropriately.
- Collaborates with patient, family, physicians and staff; documents plan and communication.
- Participates in governance, committees, and unit projects.
- Evaluates patient responses and documents outcomes.
- Uses evidence-based practice to guide nursing decisions.
