Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
• Ensures patient safety and ethical care under ANA Code of Ethics.
• Delegates appropriately to RNs, LPNs, and unlicensed personnel.
• Communicates effectively and fosters team collaboration.
