Job summary

Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The role emphasizes coordination with the care team, accurate documentation, and ethical practice.

Full-time nights with differential available, requiring a current RN license and BLS. Candidates with BSN or pursuing it, plus compact license transfer within 60 days, will be favored.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement to meet goals.
• Implement: Lead care delivery and coordinate resources to execute the plan.
• Evaluate: Review outcomes and adjust the plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Adhere to ethical/legal standards and document accurately.
