Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Logan Regional Hospital in Utah. The role is full-time, night shift (5:00 PM–5:30 AM), 36 hours per week, with weekend and holiday rotation. Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN must be obtained within four years for RNs with less than 12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients using physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family, and team involvement; prepare for follow-up and referrals.
• Implement care by coordinating the interdisciplinary team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient response and revise the care plan as needed; ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Promote professionalism, ethical standards, and compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements.
