Job summary

Copper Springs East, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Behavioral Health in Gilbert, AZ. This full-time role features 3x12 nights (7p–7a) with four weekend shifts monthly, focusing on compassionate patient care in a modern hospital setting.

The Behavioral Health RN will assess and plan care, lead care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure medication administration aligns with policy, delivering exemplary patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license or compact multi-state license required.
• Associate degree from an accredited nursing program required; BSN preferred.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Demonstrated nursing leadership and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and plan care within set timeframes and document findings.
• Demonstrate leadership through duties such as supervising groups or close observation.
• Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and high-quality patient care.
• Administer medications following hospital policy.
