Qualifications

• Requires BLS Certification at hire.
• PALS required within 6 months or department transfer.
• Must be licensed Registered Nurse in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Establishes a plan of care involving the patient.
• Supervises nursing and support staff during shift.
• Provides direct patient care as needed.
• Documents patient care given.
