Qualifications

• Must possess a current Tennessee Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient’s condition.
• Establish and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as required.
• Document all patient care provided.
• Communicate patient condition to care team and family.
• Assist patients with daily living activities.
