Job summary

Tenet North Cal in Modesto, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Behavioral Health to join our inpatient team. The RN will plan, direct, coordinate, and provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process during nights, with possible overtime and on-call requirements.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing, CA RN license and BLS, CPI training within 30 days, and ability to manage patients who may be combative.

• Active CA RN license and BLS required.
• CPI training to be completed within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to manage patients who may be combative.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate and provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Direct and document patient care during shifts and collaborate with the Nursing Director/Shift Manager.
• Ensure readiness for overtime, shift work, holidays and weekend assignments.
