Job summary

You will collaborate with a care team to plan and implement individualized care plans that respect cultural beliefs and patient preferences.

Responsibilities include patient education, discharge planning, and ongoing professional development within a dynamic hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma required for nursing licensure.
• Patient-and Family-Centered Practice knowledge.
• Cultural awareness for diverse patients.
• Effective communication with patients and families.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and post-discharge needs.
• Experience with health information documentation and records.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Must hold RN license for New Jersey (NJ).

Responsibilities
