Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Behavioral Health RN for a night shift on a 29-bed unit in Benton, Arkansas. The nurse will provide compassionate care, assess patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• Certifications: AHA BLS within 30 days of hire.
• Licenses: Licensed RN in TN or Compact state with TN paperwork within 30 days.
• Previous Behavioral Health experience required.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Document all patient care accurately.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate with care team and family.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team including transfers and discharges.
