Spindletop Center in Texas seeks a Behavioral Health RN Team Lead to supervise nursing services for children and adults with mental health needs. You will oversee licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, ensure TXBON standards, and coordinate care plans.

The role requires a current Texas RN license and preferably two years of supervisory experience; driving is required. This position offers opportunities across office, community, and facility settings with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Texas as a Registered Nurse.
• Two years' supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees clinical services provided by RNs and LVNs in Behavioral Health programs.
• Provides comprehensive nursing services to assigned consumers including monitoring, assessments, medication administration, education and symptom management.
• Delivers training regarding tasks delegated to unlicensed personnel and ensures proper execution.
