Collin Springs Behavioral Health Hospital in McKinney, TX is seeking a Nurse Manager RN for Behavioral Health. This full-time role leads daily department operations, ensures high-quality patient care, and directs staff development and scheduling while managing budgets and vendor relations.

A BSN and active RN license are required with 3+ years of medical-surgical experience and 2 years in supervision. Current AHA BLS certification is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or current enrollment in a BSN program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Three+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operations of the assigned department to align with goals.
• Direct patient care and supervise nursing staff.
• Oversee scheduling, staff development, payroll, and student engagement.
• Monitor departmental budgets, contracts and vendor relations.
