Job summary

Aurora Health Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Behavioral Health Call Center/Intake Unit APH in Wisconsin. The role supports telephonic and video intakes, triage, and coordination of transfers and orders, contributing to safe, patient-centered care across the behavioral health continuum.

The RN will perform ER triage for behavioral health consults, assess documentation, collaborate with on-call MDs, and manage scheduling and program referrals, in a fast-paced hospital setting at Aurora

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license valid in the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Support behavioral health assessments and tele-intake tasks as part of the call center.
