Aurora Psychiatric Hospital in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Behavioral Health Call Center/Intake Unit. This full-time RN role supports transfer coordination, tele-intake assessments, and triage decisions for patients seeking inpatient or outpatient care.

You will work Monday through Friday, 1900–0330 with holiday rotation, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum
• Triaging and coordinating tele intake and transfers between departments
