Qualifications

Active North Carolina RN license in good standing.
Minimum 1 year recent RN experience within the last 3 years.
Experience in adolescent, pediatric, school, public health, correctional/juvenile, or emergency nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
