Responsibilities

• Care planning: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Medication administration: prepare and administer meds (oral, subcutaneous, IV) with proper documentation.
• Bedside care: provide comprehensive bedside care for diverse medical patients.
• Clinical skills: change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs, monitor equipment.
• Emergency response: monitor vitals and take immediate corrective action as needed.
• Documentation & discharge: record notes accurately and timely.
