Job summary

Frye Regional Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks an RN for Behavioral Health in a hybrid, full-time role in Hickory, NC. Work 3x12-hour day shifts (Mon, Thu, Fri) and participate in a $20,000 commitment-incentive bonus.

The Behavioral Health campus offers 83 beds, strong support, and a culture encouraging autonomy and growth. Requirements include an active NC RN license, BLS, Handle With Care, and at least 2 years of Behavioral Health experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of Behavioral Health/ Psych experience required.
• Active North Carolina RN license (single-state) or compact license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Handle With Care certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation from referrals and accept patients.
• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration and treatments.
• Document assessments and nursing interventions accurately in the medical record.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary care planning and timely QI assessments.
