Angels Care Home Health seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to homebound patients. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient and family, and referring agencies.

This role requires an active RN license, 1–2 years in psychiatric/acute settings, and valid driver's license with CPR. Strong documentation in EMR and QA participation are expected.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 1–2 years nursing experience in psychiatric/acute care preferred.
• Current RN license and driver's license required.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis consent/declination proof required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-home psychiatric assessments and establish care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary team, patients and families.
• Maintain accurate medication profiles and admissions/discharges per standards.
• Document visits in EMR and meet regulatory timelines.
• Supervise Home Health Aides and participate in QA activities.
