Job summary

Angels Care Home Health seeks a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to deliver psychiatric evaluation and therapy to homebound patients. You will collaborate with the care team, patients, families, and referral sources to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health services.

The role requires RN licensure, 1-2 years in psychiatric care, CPR certification, Hepatitis consent, and a valid driver's license. We support growth through training and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years nursing experience in psychiatric or related settings.
• RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification and Hepatitis consent/declination.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home psychiatric assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team and families to ensure services meet medical necessity.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
