Job summary

PATH (People Acting to Help), Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide on-site coverage for a 12-bed adolescent PRTF and a 4-6 bed young adult RTFA.

The nurse will oversee medication administration, monitor residents' physical health, and coordinate with psychiatry and pharmacy as part of a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate has an active PA RN license and experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of RN program and active PA RN license in good standing.
• Experience in behavioral health care.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Own an insured vehicle for personal use.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and monitoring for residents.
• Coordinate with RTF psychiatrist and pharmacy as needed.
• Oversee physical health of residents and perform metabolic screenings.
• Support crisis de-escalation and communication skill development.
