PATH (People Acting to Help) Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide 24/7 on-site coverage for assigned residential programs and oversee medication administration and monitoring.
The nurse will coordinate physical health needs, perform metabolic screenings, take vitals, and collaborate with the residential team and psychiatrist. Qualified candidates will have an RN license in good standing, experience in behavioral health care, a valid driver's license, and strong interpersonal skills.

To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member. Registered Nurses will provide 24/7 on site coverage of assigned residential program/s. The Nurse is responsible for oversight and provision of medication administration and medication monitoring; oversight and coordination of physical health of residents; provision of metabolic screenings; vitals; restraint oversight and follow up assessments, and collaboration with residential team including psychiatrist.
Minimal in nature, ability to perform CPR and approved physical interventions after successful completion of training.
At minimum, successful completion of RN program and active PA RN license in good standing; Experience in behavior health care; RN license; Valid Driver's License and use of personal vehicle; Excellent interpersonal skills
