Job summary

Eagle View Behavioral Health is seeking licensed RNs to join our clinical team onsite. This full-time role offers a competitive base pay of $40–$50 per hour plus shift differential, comprehensive benefits, and PTO.

New grads are welcome to apply, with a set schedule comprising 3-12 hour shifts per week from 7am to 7pm. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care plan development, medication administration, and collaboration with the treatment team to ensure high-quality behavioral health

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
• RN license or eligibility in the relevant state.
• CPR and de-escalation training required.
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides and coordinates care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs of patient, develops and implements nursing care plans, maintains medical records and educates patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions while ensuring patient safety at all times.
• Assesses patient’s status on an ongoing basis and communicates finding to the providers timely.
• Ensures nursing treatment plans are specific to assessed needs and initial treatment plan is completed upon admission.
