Eagle View Behavioral Health, part of Summit BHC, seeks a full-time RN for day shifts in Bettendorf, IA. The role offers $40-50 per hour base pay plus shift differential, a robust benefits package, and PTO.

The position is on-site with a set schedule of 3-12 hour shifts weekly, welcoming new grads and providing continued education. As an integral contributor, you will assess and plan patient care, coordinate with the treatment team, manage medications, and document thoroughly.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state or compact state where applicable.
• Psychiatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide and coordinate care, develop nursing care plans, and educate patients/families.
• Assess patient status continuously and communicate with providers.
• Administer medications with two patient identifiers and document accurately.
• Maintain secure medication handling including narcotics and records.
• Complete admission/discharge processes and participate in team rounds.
