Job summary

StoneBridge in Maryland Heights seeks a Full-Time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the DAY shift (7A–7P) at a 20-bed psychiatric hospital serving geriatric patients. Located next to NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights, the facility provides a supportive, therapeutic environment.

As an RN, you will assess needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families while ensuring a safe, compliant, healing environment for all.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric setting.
• CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers
• Administer and document medications accurately
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards
• Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols

Skills

RN license in Missouri

CPR/BLS

1 year behavioral/geriatric experience
