Job summary

AdamsPlace seeks a compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the 7P-7A shift at the Center for Behavioral Health Maryland Heights. You will assess patients, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families in a 20-bed psychiatric unit serving adults and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Missouri RN license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric setting.

• Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers.
• Administer and document medications accurately.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards.
• Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols.
