AdamsPlace in Maryland Heights, MO, is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the DAY shift (7A–7P) at our 20-bed psychiatric hospital serving geriatric patients.

You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families in a safe, therapeutic environment. CPR/BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Missouri.
• Preferred: 1 year of behavioral or geriatric nursing experience.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers.
• Administer and document medications accurately.
• Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
• Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols.
