Acadia Healthcare is seeking Registered Nurses for Sonora Behavioral Health in Tucson, AZ. The role offers new pay rates of $36-$51 per hour, depending on experience, with a $12k sign-on bonus for full-time staff and PRN shifts available.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, maintaining records, and administering medications within policy. A supportive team aims to deliver compassionate behavioral health care.

Formación

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license as required by state of employment.
• One year of nursing experience; psychiatric/behavioral/substance abuse experience preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
• First aid may be required per state/facility requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans.
• Maintain medical records and educate patients and families about conditions.
• Administer medications per orders and document accurately.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and staff.
