Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral management.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and continuing care.
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional status and report changes.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
