Qualifications

• Current, valid, and unrestricted North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience within the last 3 years.
• PSV from the licensing board if required.
• Copies of BLS, N95 fit test, immunizations, TB test, and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor progress and document assessments and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and discharge plans.
• Respond to changes in condition and emergencies.
• Perform wound care and IV therapy as allowed.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and comply with policies.
