Centerstone is seeking a dedicated Adult Residential Services supervisor to provide supervision, psycho-social education and support to residents. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and helping clients stabilize.

Schedules vary across multiple shifts with flexible options; starting pay is $15.50–$17.11 per hour based on experience. Centerstone offers medical, dental and vision coverage, a 403b plan with company match, paid time off and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with mental health treatment is required.
• Residential services experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor residents’ compliance with program rules and behavioral expectations.
• Redirect residents on non-compliance and refer major incidents to Residential Coordinator.
• Supervise self-medication procedures and document in residents’ charts.
• Plan and supervise psycho-educational activities and provide van transportation for outings.
• Complete authorizations for stay with Managed Care Companies as needed.
