CVS Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Coordinator to coordinate residential treatment admissions for members in Arizona. You will liaison between utilization management teams, residential facilities, and care management staff to ensure timely access to quality treatment settings.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent organization, and the ability to collaborate across provider networks and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Arizona behavioral health system and network resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and electronic documentation systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate residential treatment referrals and admissions across multiple levels of care.
• Identify clinically appropriate participating residential providers.
• Manage referrals, track responses, and document facility activities.
• Collaborate with behavioral health homes and providers for timely information.
• Monitor referrals and facility timelines to ensure timely access.
• Serve as primary contact for providers and internal stakeholders.
• Respond quickly to facility disruptions or denials with alternatives.
• Participate in utilization management rounds and case reviews.
