Elara Caring in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to join our team delivering compassionate, in-home behavioral health care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, coordinate with physicians, and support families and caregivers.

This role emphasizes educating staff and ensuring quality care, supervising aides, and providing end-of-life support as needed. A valid RN license and at least one year of clinical nursing experience are required; home health experience

Qualificações

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Complete initial assessments and provide ongoing evaluations during patient visits.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with physicians, supervisors, and the care team.

• Teach behavioral health care and symptom management to staff in partner care settings.
• Supervise and support Behavioral Health Aides and LPNs while ensuring quality care.
• Report safety concerns or other issues to supervisors as needed.
• Provide compassionate end-of-life support and complete bereavement assessments.

What is Required?

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.

The base salary for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 annually based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
